How to get error codes on honda 600f41.on its display.?

i am a mechanic specialised in the repearing sport bikes. I dont have any manuals to refer for as i cant afford them but to date i have repaired maore then 278 bikes of all make and models. no complaints .
I have 8 years of experience in this line.the above question i asked because i have tried but there is no outcome.

I believe that code is a "slow leak in fuel evap system" in other words, they gas cap may be worn out, or loose. That is the fix 90% of the time.

I don't know how to get the error codes from your on-board computer to display on your bike, but I do know how to get the error codes read out and printed out free, at least for cars. Go to the nearest AutoZone store. (Call in advance to see if they do bikes.)
Do you want to know "how" to get the codes or what the codes mean? To figure out what they mean, you'll need a shop manual.
I forget about the 600, but the 900's you have to jump a two prong connector under the seat and turn on the key.
Bite the bullet and buy a shop manual ($50). I don't think you'll get any answers here.
