Having trouble finding slip on exhaust for 1992 suzuki dr 650. any ideas who makes one for a bike this old ? |
have a 92 dr650 w/ 3000 original miles , very clean, runs exellent . just having difficulties finding exhaust ! also anyone recommend good saddle bags for dual sporting . new to the sport so need a little help thanks Sounds like your wording may not be right.....Theres slip-on mufflers..... never heard of slip-on exaust...... http://www.staintune.com.au/exhausts/suz... Yea, it seems like there are a few good slip-ons for the '96 and later models available (Staintune makes a beautiful system!), but nothing currently from any manufacturer for your earlier model. White Brothers used to do an 'E Series' system for your bike that worked very well and was nice and quiet. Anything else I've heard was obnoxiously loud (over 100 dB). I'd say keep an eye on ebay, something might show up. Check out Dual Star for a good selection of bags, etc: http://www.dual-star.com/index2/... They're the GPS headquarters!
