Is it a g00d idea to buy a motorcycle? |
19, Los Angeles, looking forward into buying a sport (600cc max) bike for weekend driving (gonna keep my car). A g00d idea or not? yes it is a very good idea! chicks dig bikes too! i get lots of azz on my YZF R1 and its stock. do like some of the others said, go to the dealer and sit on one or diddle around the parking lot on it and see what "you" think. you will have a blast in sunny southern california on a bike! i once lived in carlsbad and i had a ninja that i would ride to the oceanside peer and meet chicks. you gotta get a bike or i'm going to move back there and keep all the chix to myself! Only if you wear a helmet, then it's cool. Sure. Look at the Yamaha FZ6, it's good for sport riding, but fun all around because it's neutral riding position! Plus it's fuel injected so no gunked up carberator or choke. I have a 2005 Yamaha FZ6 Your the only one who can decide that :x I ride, So yeah get one! why just on the weekend's? u'll soon realize how little gas a bike uses, u'll be runnin it alot more than the car. take my advise: 1: take and pass the msf course. it will give u better insurance rates, and u'll be better equipped to deal with cagerous-idioticus.....see also, cagers with heads up their azz. u'll also get the full endorsement that way easy. u would be better to at the very least sit on the bike at the dealer first to see if it fits. i have a hard time seeing sport bikes in heavy traffic than cruisers. ride as if u are invisible, cause to cars, u just aint there dude. |
