How do u get rid of belly fat to get a six pack? |
i run and bike, and play a lot of sports and eat smart. belly fat can be VERY easily burned. First i recommend that you keep eating smart and add a little bit more protien to your diet to help with your abs. Your lower and upper abdominal muscles are slow acting muscles which means to build muscle you must exercise slowly. In your case you want to "burn out" your abdominals. To burn fat you must do VERY fast crunches with HIGH reps. that will burn fat in your upper ab area to burn fat in your lower ab area, you must do Iso-Tension leg raises. Basically you lay on your back and raise your legs to a 45 degree angle and hold for 1- 1/2 minutes dont forget to lock your knees. hope this helps!! GOOD LUCK!
