I go to bally sport club two times a week, i work out about one hour and a half, lift weights, ride the bike, i walk about 10 to 15 min do crunches,push ups, and a few other things, i work out about one hour at home on days that i do not go to the gym. I notice that my pants were to big, my dress was not as tight in the hips, so i said i must be droping some inches, but when i got on the scale it show that i had pick up three pounds, could it be that i am just toneing up.
Yep you are losing inches but putting on muscle weight. So long as you are losing the inches that is what counts. To many times people are focused on a number for their weight instead of how they look and feel and how their clothes fit etc. |
