Have you guys experienced far more benefits with martial arts than you did back with other sports ?

sports like soccer, football, tennis, surf, hokey,biking....etc

Certainly, Martial Arts is the best option available particularly for non elite sports people.

At its most basic Martial Arts offers you :

1) Aerobic fitness
2) Toning
3) Stretching
4) Coordination

At a more subliminal level

1) Confidence
2) Self esteem
3) Safe mind set

The reason why Martial Arts is so good for you is that the teaching stuctureis coaching based, ie. you have a mentor ( Sensei ...)that guides you through the education. Through that process, with commitment you obtain the basal set of skills...ans you develop you acquire the subliminal / attiduinal skills

With all other sports, the sets of skills in the first set are self acquired....if you're good someone pays attention and guides you through as special...the better you get you are taught the second set - In all Martial Arts you are guided through from the beginning.

Whatever you learn in martial arts for however long you do - will stay with you for the rest of your life, and keep you in good stead. Other sports are fun but at the basic level only deliver fun and fitness - Martial Arts delivers you fun, fitness , safety and mental development to be the person you would like to be.

Best of Luck

do martial artists have the ability to become a non-virgin
Different benefits yes but assuming you mean athletic ability, no, not with the typical evening martial arts class. A high school athlete might have 3-6 hours of training a day.
Hell ya! never thought I'd find anything more rewarding than wrestling but I was wrong. being in a cage with another human being that wants to hurt you and winning in front of thousands of people is like no other drug in the world! The training is so enjoyable and on top of it you actually get paid! Doesn't get any better than that.
I train in MMA, and it is more rigorous than almost all the sports I've played, with one notable exception; wrestling. My workouts still leave me feeling nice and sore the next day but it's still nothing compared to 3 hour a day wrestling practice, man those were some good times :).
No,I have had more fun with football and basketball. That is a benefit in my thinking.Riding a bike has a lot of benefits too,it is fun and it gets me where I am going.
I learned to wrestle with my brother as my opponent and that was beneficial. It taught me how to fight a tough opponent and not give up.It taught me how to win to,there is no middle ground. You win or you lose. That has been very valuable in life.

I have ridden 10 speed bikes for distances of 100 miles because I learned to not give up.I knew that I could do tough things too.
