I am really overweight .. obese in fact! I weigh 93Kg and Since I have injured my knee I have had to stop playing sport. That is what was keeping my weight in balance and now .. I'm just eating and not being able to excercise .. I ride my bike But can only do that for 20 minutes till it aches .. I need to know what I can do to make my hunger decrease and what is the best way to gain self control?? Will be grateful with any advice :)
Swimming. You need to start eating the right things. I want you to start a low carb diet. Here is what to eat: Salads, fish, meat, vegetables, eggs and only drink water. You can't eat bread, fruit, junk food, fast food, sodas, sweets, etc. Only eat those things I mentioned. Next is exercise. Ok, you have a knee injury, so we will have to work around it. Can you join a gym? Maybe it won't hurt your knee to ride one of those stationary bicycles. You can try walking at a brisk pace if your knee is ok. But remember, diet is the key. Don't lose hope, I know a girl who lost 200 pounds on a very low carb diet and lots of cardio. She did it pretty fast too, I think it took her around 8 months. Good luck!
