What the heck is wrong with my body? |
I am 27 , and I have been active my whole life (Martial Arts, various sports, weight training, and jogging). I do 5 minutes of jump rope, lift, sit ups, push ups and back to jump roping for 30 minutes, then I hit up the bike for 30 mins, followed by soccer or basket ball 5 days a week. On weekends I jog for 60 mins and play basketball 3 years ago I lost about 20 kilos in 6 months by doing a daily 40-60 min cardiovascular workout and watching what I eat, something I had never done before, I used to eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Since then I have been at a stand still between 107-102 kilos for the past year and a half. My goal weight would be 90 kilos (or lower) but I just can't seem to do it. Is there any thing that I might be consuming (or not) that's keeping me from losing the weight? Or should I just up my cardio workout? I feel great but I look horrible with my shirt off. I would love to change that by the time I am 30. (I drink a lot of water, no soda) Help me! Please. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. mm dude i was gonna say stop drinking soda but yeah i dont know umm stop eating candy sweets nothing no sugar and no chicken only boiled chiken i know eww but yuumy for loosing fat lean muscle mass weighs more per volume than the same amount of fat tissue.. you might have dense bones and a lot of good healthy lean muscle weight.. if youve been to your doctor and he tells you everything is fine, then you are.. some peoples natural weight is different from the next person.. RUN! Stop all of your others and run and diet! Or if you can swim then do laps and your stomach will start improving... You dont get a 6 pack by doing sit ups... the muscles are already there... You just have fatty tissue covering it... Diet to lose all of that and do cardio daily! And then sit ups or whatever and your stomach will look good! SIX PACK! i think you are ok but i think you have very very high to high of expectation for yourself i bet if you talk to your family or friends they would tell you you look good so be happy and put your energy into something new you want to achieve Very Important question before one can make suggestions, How tall are you? Sound like you have the cardio plan in full effect, Change up the routine and use free weights to tigthen and firm that body, help to prevent some of that skin sag. Bench Press,Arm Curl ect..... |
