Yes and no. You seem to be on the right track but must understand that it is the intensity of the cardiovascular activity that will effect the amount of body fat burned. A rule of thumb is that one should work at about 60 to 70 percent of your maximal heart rate to burn body fat efficiently (220 - Your age = BPM max / by 10 and * 6 or 7). As to a time frame. That will depend on factors such as your basal metabolic rate, rest and frequency of the activity. +-40 min a day of that level of activity should really show some good results. Good luck Try the natural and healthy O So Slender Weight Loss Products from Oxyfresh I heard it's like the best www.oxyfresh.com/vlad i am a personal trainer and i am telling you that it is hard to lozse fat as running will make you gain weight first. i would go and so pilates, or go to your local gym and theywill assess you as it is hard from some one on the net to fully tell you what you should be doing. i am a personal trainer work out and eat vegies causeits hard for your system to take down and you burn carbs |
