Will this plan work???????



I eat healthy foods--example
brekafast- banana
special k (skim milk)

lunch- ham sandwich on 100 cal bread, apple (or carrots)

snack- veggies

dinner- whatever my rents make (but reasonable protion)

desert- fruit

(this would be like 1,500 cals a day probably)

I also have track 5 days a week, and play some sports around the house on weekends (soccer, basketball, biking, etc) So could I lose 2 pounds a week doing this?

that sounds like a
really good plan
but make sure
for dinner
you get some meat
and a little more dairy in
and you will AT LEAST
2 lbs a week
Sounds about right - you are eating healthy and you're active. I would say eat your desert a little after dinner - not right after to spread out the intake. You should go to bed slightly hungry, but not straving.

Dont forget the water!
ya...you might even lose more...
