hi i was wondering how can i make myself faster? me and my friends always play sports and many other things. were always out running or riding our bikes around town or things like that. im one of the fastest people my friends know apparently but to me i think im still slow. i no 2 people who are faster than me and u can call us rivals i guess. i always try to be better than them. there both quick as lightning and i want to beat them. so basically what can i do to make myself faster than my friends and be the fastest person my friends know?
You don't even need the weights, if you run long distances you'll build up you leg strength. I'm not a naturally fast person (4 years ago I was downright slow), but after running track and cross country I really built up my legs and my stamina and now I'm probably faster than most of the non-runners in my high school. Natural speed isn't something you build, it's endurance, acceleration, quickness, etc. run track run around with ankle weights, (its like swinging a heavy bat then a lighter one), its soo much easier. start off at a lighter number then gradually move up to heaiver ankle weights
