On your period sports?

i'm on myu period. is it ok for me to go horseback riding and ride my bike? will it hurt? whats gonna happen??

You can do anything you want, unless your cramps stop you. In that case, you can always take ibuprofen (Advil) and you'll be good as new!

But if you're going to swim, wear a tampon, and change it once you get out of the water.

You can wear a tampon, it shouldn't hurt, unless you have bad cramps. Nothing strange should happend.
