Not sure about 4 wheeled scooter - never seen one. Have you considered a 2 seater road legal quad? Lot more fun with more street cred.

go to the scooter shops and see what they have used or maybe they can point u in the right direction. or u could purchase a used 3 wheeler scooter or one with a side car.

Such a thing doesn't exist, I think. If you're in the UK it's now possible to buy road legal quads, that's about as close as you'll get to your requirement I think.

What you need is a microcar.

These are very small four-wheelers, which can be driven on either a car or a motorcycle licence. Their very light weight means they are classed as a quadricyle.

There are about half a dozen manufacturers making everything from coupes and convertibles to pickups.

It would be a "quad" not a scooter. I have seen single seater ones licenced for the road in U.K. .As they tip over more easily than a small car, many countries won't licence them for public road use.However the farmers in Australia use them successfully for mustering sheep etc., when the helicoptor is "in for a service".
