PLEZ HELP ME!!!10 POINTS BEST ANSWER!l?

I am 13 yrs old and I was scootering down a hill on a scooter that had a broken wheel and I flipped off and slid half way down the hill cutting up the whole left side of my body, I have fairly hairy legs, anyway I went home to clean up my cuts and this huge area about half my bottom leg was completly cut up and the hair was shaved off where the cut was, so I let it go, then I got skin over the cut and it looked weird cause there was this huge patch where there was no hair and the rest of my leg was hairy, so it looked freaky, so i decided to shave some of my hair off to make it shorter so you couldnt notice as much, and I went a little further than I wanted and shaved most of it off, now it looks better but I dont have barely any hair on my legs. Will people notice this? was it a bad idea what i did? cause it looked really freaky with this huge patch where there wasnt any hair. Plez HELP!!!!!!!!!PLEZZZ! serious answers only!

i wouldn't notice...and if i did it wouldn't bother me... and no one is going to say anything. if you catch someone staring...then just tell the story, and joke about... be like so yea i fell of my scooter and i got cut so there was a patch of hair missing so i'm like what the hell... i'll just shave it because it looked so weird....

I wouldn't notice. Some guys actually don't have hairy legs and some do but either way people don't pay attention to that sort of stuff. If anyone happens to mention anything just tell them what happened and they'll understand. You know, there are lots of guys who do shave their legs. It doesn't make you homosexual or anything. Don't worry.

Was it really necessary to make up that story about getting hurt to tell us you shaved your legs?

OUCH! I feel for ya. Your hair will grow once your scab(s) are healed. Yikes! That sounds painful. Make sure you disenfect that area. Really good to prevent infection.

you actually should of just left it alone it might of grown back you had a 50.50 chance of it growing back i don know what to tell you now

My suggestion would be to wear long pants (if it isn't too painful with all the cuts you have) until the hair grows back and if you are in public where people would notice. Otherwise, don't worry about it and try to take care so you will heal ASAP. Good luck.

Shave the hair for the rest of the summer .....
since you'll be wearing shorts a lot for the summer..
if ANY ONE laugh at you, tell them it is good too keep your body clearn since you have to show the legs often for the summer.....

I wouldn't worry about it; I doubt if many people will notice and once the scabs heal the hair will grow back.

go to a tanning booth, wear long pants for a while. telling your friends will help only if there tru friends. don't worry so much, it'll get better, k?

maybe it will grow back by the time shorts come back (depending on where you live)! If not, people might think you have light hair on your legs. If they do say something explain , but don't babble on and on or people will get annoyed.

Well, you should've gone to the doctor, but you could wear pants instead of shorts. I'm sorry if it looks that freaky!

I wouldnt notice. I would not worry about it. Look at it this way if they are looking htat hard and notice then they are looking too close. Don't worry about it..

if it looks alright to you now then what it did before, don't stress. once the hair grows back you'll have no problems. just relax, okay.

There are a lot of guys that shave their legs or just don't have much leg hair I wouldn't really worry about it k.

I did this before, almost the same situation when I was 13. weird, but Ii doubt anyone will notice, and since your 13 I'm sure it isn't a big deal that you don't have that much hair on your legs. Don't worry cuz the hair will grow back soon enough.

I don't think so, unless someone was really paying attention to your outward appearance. But you are only 13, and i don't know a 13 yr. old how has hair on their legs so people won't expect you to have any!

there was nothing wrong with what you did. actually that was good cuz people will notice a big bare spot on your leg then hairless legs so actually you did do the right thing. but you will have to start shaving now, cuz those hairs will grow back thick and faster. if you let it go then people will definetly notice a big bare spot on your leg and hair on the other side then they would notice shaved legs. and dont worry, shaved legs on guys still look better then haiy legs. hairy legs are and look nasty on anyone. my brother shaves his legs so his legs look clean.

alot of guys shave there legs if they are on swim-team. no one will bother you about it &if they do tell them what hapened. you wont look like you are gay or anything! hope no one disses you:)

this might sound crazy but you could try and put rogain on the part of you leg that was damaged and hopefully your leg can recover better and look the best before the accident.

Yes, it'll get better later on. I crashed on a moped 13 years ago, doctors shaved one leg but, not the other so I had to do other one. Then both for about two months.
Now everything is better.

I don't think anyone will notice, if they do just tell them the truth. And you hair will grow back, though it might be a little thicker then before.

OK I hear your pain just wear long pants for awhile it will grow back most likely even the patch you injured will eventually regain its covering the only reason it wouldn't is if you have scar tissue there I could so see my thirteen year old grand son doing this don't freak out grasshopper this to will pass

people dont really pay attention to a guys legs.
if anyone notices the difference, simple tell them that you had an accident which rubbed off most of your hair.

you may even have a scar, which would mean you would have no hair there for awhile.

What it sounds like is you temporarily damaged the folicles in your leg. As everyone has stated, it should grow back in time. You can also ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist to find a better answer. I would say wear pants until it grows back, but if it's too hot where you live, just tell as many people as you know that you tried to shave your legs with the asphault, lol. That way, the story goes to alot more people and everyone will know. I had something happen to me as a kid that was embarassing, and telling everyone about it was the best way to deal with it, since I was making fun at myself, noone had anything better to say.
