Does anyone know anything about a 2 wheeled machine where someone can stand up and ride around on it?

it has 2 wheels and a handle. its sort of like a scooter, I saw it on a new report on ABC and an episode of Frasier.

Ya it's called a Segway. I've seen some security guys riding around on it around our mall giving parking tickets. I guess they've done away with golf carts now lol.
