License class for vespa lx 150?

I read somewhere that if you have a two wheeled motor vehicle and it runs on less then 150cc, then you can still drive it under a class C license. is this true?? By the way, the scooter is called a Piaggio Vespa LX150.

50cc's and above require a motorcycle driver license.

Check with your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles, or pick up a State-Issued Motorcycle Riding Manual. In Nebraska, a motorcycle license is required.

Get your motorcycle endorsement or it will be towed when you get pulled over.

In most states, any scooter over 50cc will require a motorcycle licence. In all 50 states, an LX150 is considered a motorcycle.
