In Queensland we are able to ride a 50cc scooter on our regular car licence. The cost of a 50cc scooter brand new would range from about $2000 upwards. Anything over 50cc we need a motorcycle licence
In NSW though I think you need a motorcycle licence. You could check with the RTA to confirm. it takes 12 hours to get a bike licence from q drive if you already have a drivers licence. a scotter is about 4k |
