I need to repair my mothers electric scooter, it wont go when i twist the grip..I need wiring/fuse adivce?

3-wheel electric handicap scooter, no brand name on it

It could also be possible that inside the grip, the ball bearing that is used to advance to throttle could be broken or the guide to it could be broken. ***Maybe a new handle grip assy.

could possibly be just a bad contact somewhere.
