So I was riding my scooter home today in the rain which sucked already but then it got a flat tire so I had to walk home in the rain. I went back to try to take the flat tire off to take it to be repaired(rear tire) and I can't get the thing off. I need help. Also does anyone know where I could find a detailed maintainence manual for the thing? Thanks I need the SERVICE manual not the owner's manual, I already have that worthless piece of propoganda.
