How do I calibrate my Yamaha Aerox scooter carburettor?

Hello everyone. I have a Yamaha Aerox 2007 model, 4200 km.
It has been derestricted and tuned.
Tunning parts: Leo Vince RR Exhaust
Malossi Denso spark.
Malossi Multivar variator.
Polini transmission belt.
Polini 3g clutch.
Could someone tell me how to calibrate de carburettor? Another thing...I ran for about 1000 km the scooter with gasoline with lead...maybe there are some deposits in the carburettor and because of this it is not working at full potential? Why does the scooter has a lag at acceleration, mostly at 30 km when I accelerate? and from 0km...holding full throtle...at 20 km it`s like it looses some power...does someone know why? And lastly...why does the scooter not fully rev?

you might have all but answered you own problem.
jetting in the carbie.
the fuel mixture is to rich to rev out.
idle mixture is normally richer, to help the motor start.
flat spots, eg when the motor stalls just above idle, or has a loss of power is between the idle jet and the main jet.
as the idle jet is unable to deliver enough fuel, and the main jet is unable to be able to fuction at such low vaccume-air flow.
when you open up the exhaust, as in a motor that has full exhaust restrictions use a richer fuel air mix lower vaccume.
so this allows the idle jet to fill the flat spot.
What to do.
richen idle mix most have a screw that is adjutable.
it works a bit like a choke. as in cold places you make the idle mixture richer not to stall when idling.
i live in sub tropics so we do not need a choke at all. nor a richer idle mix.
and most main jets are not adjustable, but replacable.
it is a bit of brass in the fuel bowl that trough vaccume sucks the fuel up.
these can be brought. and it is alawys best to get the jet you have sized and then get 4 or 5 more jets that get smaller.
