I have been looking for a scooter (40-50cc), mostly online, however they seem to not have a California smog paper thingy to drive on the town roads. please help me find a $1000.00 or less scooter that can be used in California. thank you in advanced.
p.s.:I am willing to put a kit w/parts together..... Ask around at resorts and rental places the often sell or trade the oldest or damaged ones off on a regular basis try the local Craigslist or penny saver. As one bot to another, get a California M2 license endorsement . . then look at:
