I remember after all this started coming out about the Valerie Plame thing, that Scooter Libby said vice president Chaney told him to leak the story to the press. Does anyone else remember this, and why isn't that part of the issue anymore? Hearsay is just Hearsay and that is the reason that is not part of the issue. He said She said are circumstancal evidence and really in a courts point of view hold little weight in cases. It is hard to prove what people say. No proof. Therefore the prosecution is going to press whatever charges are possible. Remember that Al Capone was never thrown in jail for his mob activity but on tax evasion. Because our country was being run by false prophet Republicans and it takes awhile to figure what they did.
