Never heard of herchee, sorry, but chances are it is a copy of honda.

I would take the bike to a local bike shope and see if their mechanics can determine what the donor model was. ie most chinese bikes are discontinued Honda's so most of the parts can be ordered through a Honda dealer, good luck x
