I have questions about scooters and mopeds where do you park one,can they drive in the rain,...?

Park it next to railings, or anywhere you can use a security chain (the best one you can afford). They will drive in the rain but it's really unpleasant, and keeps your lights on all the time so people in cars can see you.
You have to have insurance and Tax (if your inquiry is a UK one). tax is about 拢30 a year and insurance shouldn't cost more than a hundred quid a year (but shop around for the best deal).
You can find the cheapest Mopeds on EBay, and try and find a local one for sale so you don't have to travel far to collect.
remember you have to get a moped learners license too. (see DVLA), Helmet, gloves, warm jacket. the cost does mount up unfortunately.

you can probably park them on the side walk and you can drive them in the rain but i wouldnt it might mess something up and also i like your music
