Why is it........?

I am sorry if this offends anybody, but why do older people who drive those electric "go-karts" think they have a right to plough through crowds at 8mph! do they have to have a licence for them , do they need insurance? it is illegal to ride an electric scooter on the pavements, so why not these?

i know what you mean, wonder how many people have been run over by them? they also think they can hold traffic up by driving them on the road.

No you dont have to have a License. Most people are Courteous, but You always have a Few that think they are Better than Others and that everyone should Bow down to them. I know What you Mean It Pi**es Me of Also.
