In some states registration, license or insurance is not required for mopeds. In others, one or more are required on all motorized vehicles. Even if a license isn't required, if your license is suspended or revoked, you may not operate a moped either.

Four-wheelers are rarely if ever street legal and therefore cannot be operated on public roads. Same for motorized scooters.

four wheeler is okay, scooters are too, dirt bikes are alright too, but none on the side of the road. You can only ride a bicycle on the main road. Dirt roads you can drive all of them. You don't need a license to drive any of them.

Any kind of gas powered vehicle has to have plates/insurance..also have to have a drivers license
