I have a Schwinn motor scooter?

I have a schwinn 400 2007 motor scooter. I got it for Christmas, so its not old. But it won't move. It says full battery, but when i turn the handle nothing happens. It has a smartcharge system, so it couldnt overcharge itself. And the fuse isn't blown. What else could be the problem?

Perhaps, if you have any warranty, you could call Schwinn for return authorization, and get another model.

Have you tried charging the battery? You could also check to make sure that all of the wires are hooked up.
