I have a bad batter in my Yamaha Majesty scooter can i replace it with any battery of same cca and volts?

I heard that new scooters had sensitive electronics in them and if you didnt use the factory batter it could do damage to the electronics in the scooter is this true or fale?

Besides cca (cold cranking amps) and voltage, check physical size, and terminal location (unless you want to reroute/change battery cables).

The same volts & amps the mfg. doesent matter a great deal

Same voltage more CCA if you want, with no ill effects. just make sure it will physically fit the battery tray/ holder.

I posted the following answer two weeks ago. If you want to put a generic pep boys battery in $5,000 scooter and save a few dollars, go ahead, it ain't my bike. I just do not think the savings is worth risking damage to your bike. My primary concern is that generic battery is not sealed.

http://www.partforyamaha.com list the battery for $140. You might be able to get is locally for around that but don't expect to find it any cheaper. Do not use the wrong battery. The electronics on modern scooters are very sensitive. Also I believe the battery is not mounted 100% upright and you want the sealed battery.

Well, it probably would.. For about 2 seconds.. It would most definitely fry any devices that ran on 24 volts, you'd be severely overpowering it and maybe even burn out the motor on the scoote...
