prox.2-3 seconds an die i have checked everything i can ? When starting brand new bikes for the first time, it's a good idea to drain the carb before trying to start it. The gas goes bad in bikes that have been sitting around for awhile. When you first start it, the bad gas gets sucked into the jets and cloggs up the carb. Try removing the float bowl on the carb and remove the piolet jet. Hold it up to the light . If it's clean, you'll be able to see through it. If it's not, clean it. did you follow the start up instructions?...does it have a manual choke?...you might have to use it...lever on carburetor or on the handle bar...if you checked that, it could be that the needle valve inside the carburetor is stuck...tap lightly on the top of the carb to free it...also disconnect the fuel line to the carb to see if the gas is flowing freely... |
