I need help my scooter wont start,i put a new battery in it. can anyone help this poor old lady.thanks?

Check your fuel (of course), make sure the spark plug lead is attached to the plug, check the fuse that may be inline with a battery cable. Check for a spark at the plug - if you aren't familiar with this - ask some one so you don't get zapped

Im sure you cannot see well these days thats why you forgot to turn the key on to start the scooter

one of the battery leads is attached to the frame of the scooter, the other goes to the fuse box. Check where the one screws into the frame, this is quite often corroded and needs to be unscrewed, cleaned up and screwed on again, tightly.

make sure the leads on the battery are tight
