Can people sell the used rear wheel of a cheap bike? |
Specifically, a 2006 schwinn varsity ($199). Rear wheel was stolen. I realize that anything can be sold on ebay, but is it really worth it? What does this say about the thief? Got as good story for you...... My Wife got sick of some garbage around the house. She got fed up with me being too lazy to take it to the dump, so she took it. When she came back she asked me to look at some bike she bought at the dump for $10 that was in my truck. I blew her off.......$10 of junk is what I figured. I go out there several hours later. What did she buy for $10? An old Bianchi road racing bike with all Italian parts!!!!!! Definitely not junk and it was her size to boot. Look around at used stuff and upgrade that Schwinn. It was probably stolen to replace the one they had stolen. |
