How to install Pro-Star U brakes?


I have an old Schwinn Predator Pro BMX bicycle that I disassembled to clean about a year ago, and now I can't remember how to reinstall the rear brake. They are Pro-Star brakes with the return spring inside the brake arms, and are the center pull type

U brakes can be very tricky to install even if you know what you're doing since spring tensions have to be set and things have to be aligned just right.
