Does anyone make replacement decals for vintage Schwinn bikes.?

I am restoring a 1975 Schwinn Le Tour for my father and I need to find replacement decals for when I paint the bike.

This is the best frame and cycle restorer in England,these guys have a full catalogue of decals going back over a millenia for European cycles.If these guys can't get them, i am sure they will point you into the right direction of someone who can.
