Dirt bike[off road motorcycle].....? |
Hey well Im Ashley and I want to save up for an off road motorcycle[dirt bike]!!! I am looking on the internet to see what model I should save up for but Im not sure about my height!!! If you know how to tell what the seat height should be or if you are smart when it comes to this stuff and you know some models that would be good for someone who is 5ft 2in or 5ft 3in, please tell me... Thank you Well me personly I ride an XR 600 honda.... Honda XR is probley the best dirt bike you can get... And size wise yur gonna have to try some diffrent sizes.... 125 or a 250 would probley fit you.... if youe just starting out id go for the 125 though.... hope this helps... and a girl into dirtbikes is pretty cool.... Have fun!! well first off i recomend putting this question in like the mechanics section or something like that were all the "auto garage" kids go ... lol sry thats what i call those guys who like work with vehicles and stuff. but ya they should know. but how old are u? cuz u aslo need to decide what cc u want ur bike to be.. and if u want a 2 stroke or 4 stroke and if ull be doing things like jumping, or racing or just like leasurly rides so i recomend he ask this question again in a better section and state all the above ... or ask what they are lol if u dono (i dont know what they are i just know there important lol) so ya ... hope this helps It depends on a lot of other factors, like how much weight you can lift. You should go to a dealership and try out a couple of different models. I have girlfriends that were 5'7" and felt more comfortable on an 80 because that's what she could lift when she crashed, but some that were shorter liked the 125. I wouldn't recommend a 250, they are just too big and heavy. |
