What size road bike? I'm 6'5"; 37+" inseam.?

Probably at least 62cm. Best to go to your local bike shop and get properly fitted. The largest stock size for a Trek 1600 is 63cm. Not sure if other manufacturers have larger sizes. A custom frame would be big bucks, though. Perhaps an extra long seat post would help if no frames are large enough.
All bikes fit differently, so I would get fitted at a shop.

As a general (only general) rule of thumb, when you stand over the toptube on a road bike, you want about 1'' clearance between you and the bike. I would guess at a 63 cm frame.

There are many sizing charts available on the web to help.

This site will give you all you need to know to size a bike - not just the frame size:

Here is another really good one:

Here are two rules to help.

1. 0.67 x inseam lenght.
2. 27-28 cm less than inseam length (probably better for those over 6')

Nothing beats getting fitted though... they'll help with everything from stem to seat position and of course frame size.
