Whats the fastest road bike? |
Whats the fastest road bike? The fastest standard production motorcycle presently available is still the M.T.T. Y2K. Its top speed is a genuine 227mph (and it will hit 200mph from a standing start in 12 seconds. Yours for 拢80,000). Source(s): http://www.marineturbine.com/motorsports... For top speed . . . the Suzuki GSX-R 1300 Hayabusa in my humble opinion..the fastest topspeed attaining superbike has gotta be the Hayabusa..best handling i'll vote for the yammy R-1..2stroke wise i'll vote for the NSR PGM-iV..2 cents worth dude.. the fuccker in front I would think it is now the Kawasaki ZZR1400. All Jap manufacturers have a gentlemans agreement that they will restrict speeds to 186mph. De-restrict though..... and you are changing it from stock, so you may aswell spend the money on a turbo'd R1 or a Nitrous Kit. Faster then than a Jet plane! The Hayabusa held this crown for 7 years but now the honour goes to Kawasaki with their ZZR1400 which was finally released to the public this year. The fastest recorded time for the 14 with just some small tweaks done (exhaust, PC3 and a change of gearing) is 207mph at MOD Woodbridge in September. This was only slightly faster then a Hayabusa with similar modifications done. Lets hope that Suzuki get their act into gear and upstage the false king. 2008 is supposed to be the year when the new Busa gets released. |
