WHAT IS diadvantage of having very thin tube for road bike?

If you use a tire tool to install the tire, a very thin tube is more likely to get pinched if you are not careful. I try to never use a tire tool for installation.
None, it's super light and it's rare you'll pop it and if you do you should be able to change that thing out in less than 3 mins.

Practice changing flats!
omg a rock! ur screwed.
punctures are the only disadvantage i see.
As Doug has so succinctly stated, there really are no disadvantages to having thin road bike tubes. Punctures will happen to road bikes just as much as MTB. Maybe the only disadvantage is that you cannot take them onto rough surfaces (although you shouldn't be doing that in the first place, eh??). I ride with Bontrager RaceXLite tubes and tires and do not really have any problem with them, and these tires don't have any "tread" whatsoever.
Tire tube, or frame tube?
If you mean in the tires, clearly the only disadvantage would be durability, and I suppose the same could be said for frame tubing
