Can i find out the year of my old schwinn road bike ?


it has a registration number of 3541 but nothing else. it has 25/1/2 inch narrow rims

I'd call them up- they love to spin a yarn, seriously.

You might try contacting Schwinn. Give them any information you have. The registration number, serial number if you can find it, a description of the bike. They might be able to trace production history on it.
