How do I install Tektro Rx 2.0 cross lever brakes on my road bike?

Screw on the levers, pull the inner, cut the outer at the lever, route the inner.

1) Untape your handlebars at the top to give you some room to work.
2) Screw on the brake levers where you want them. (under the brake cable housing)
3) Pull the brake cables out so you can cut the housing.
4) Carefully cut the housing where it will insert into the new brake lever, make the cut as smooth as possible and don't leave any burrs.
5) Insert the two ends of the housing you just cut into the brake lever and run the brake cable back through the housing and the brake lever (why not install new cables while you're at it?)
6) Re- attach and adjust the brakes, check to see that both sets of brake levers are working (the cross levers and aero levers)
7) Re-tape your handlebars and enjoy!
I've got cross levers on my commuter bike. Love 'em!
