Is it possible to transfer a track motorbike back to a road legal bike? |
What does it take to make it road legal? yes, but it needs to have an m.o.t certificate first and a a licence plate, that means good brakes, lights, tyres,ect... good luck Sure. It just has to be able to pass inspertion. High & low beam headlight Tail light Brake light Horn Turn signals as long as you have a title then put the front a rear light on my Friend does it all the time tRANSEFER back INFERS THAT IT WAS ONCE STREET LEGAL. iF THAT IS, INDEED, THE CASE, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS REPLACE THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS REMOVED PRIOR TO THE CONVERSION. NO INSPECTION WILL BE NEEDED UNLESS YOUR STATE CALLS FOR PERIODIC INSPECTION ALREADY. Lights, turn signals, mirrors needed. MoT certificate. Insurance. But why bother for some thrashed and crashed wreck? |
