What's the fastest speed you've driven a car or bike on a public road? |
Me its 120MPH on the A1 in North Yorkshire. Anyone faster? on I-295 New Jersey going from Tom's River to Burlington I was doing 168 mph for 75% of the journey. It was in a Porche 924 turbo 1987 Car: 108mph Bicycle 43mph 120 km/h nope Drove an Audi A8 at 162mph or 260kmph in Germany between Hamburg and Berlin. I actually have video to prove it... my friend was in the back seat, recording it in a video camera! I never exceed the speed limit officer ;-) actually, there was a speed meter thingy on the road that tracks how fast cars are going, and me and my friends kept biking by it as fast as we could, and i got it to read 36 mph...on a bike...no cars around to interfere...and it wasn't really even a hill...pretty flat! |
