Is there any law wich says i must wear a helmet on my quad bike wen on the road?

there is no law that says you have to wear a helmet on the road... however, there is a law that says your ATV is an offroad vehicle only. Which means anytime you go on a paved road with it your breaking the law. goodluck. Source(s): common sense

Health and safety in the UK if it's part of your job to drive a quad bike then you must wear a helmet. I don't know if it is the same for personal use. I'm not sure if it is legal to drive them on a public road, we all do for getting from one field to another but most have no indicators.
