I crashed my bike on a puddle of oil in the road........who can i claim of for the damage? No one. Unless you can prove who is responsible for the oil, theres no way you can claim. Suck it up. No one. I think people are too quick to try to sue others for damages when they should chalk it up to their own stupidity, clumsiness or just an accident. How about just accepting responsibility yourself for riding through a puddle of oil in the first place. You cant always blame someone else. Lousy compensation culture we have! Im sure this answer will not be popular.......... Many years as a motorbike rider, dodging oil! Unless you can prove who created the puddle of oil I don't think you can claim damage from anyone. No one, get over it, and stop whinging. Why can't anyone in this world have an accident anymore without looking to blame someone else? - it drives me mad! |
