i am trying to find out how many people have bought something through theses web sites and not got there stuff or there money back because the same happand to me and now they will not respond to me, so i am trying to gather as much people as i can to do something abouit this and maybe even take them to court. please email me at jamesoncloud9@yahoo.co.uk and we can get together and sort these people out because they are coning thousands of people out of money for goods that they do not have. First thing is to launch a complaint to the fair trading standards in your county. Submit any bankstatements , copies of the order, any correspondance you have sent to support your claim Also write to the company and advise them that you havent recieved your stuff and either want it delivered or want a refund. Strange I know but there can still be "administrative" hiccups like they didnt get your order or your payment didnt go through. Be sure of these facts before taking any action. What ever you do DO NOT THREATEN or ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE this firm , it will come back on you and make you look bad. Sad as it may be there is a formal process for these things and it takes time. If your fair trading cant help then the only alternative is to take out a claim in the small claims court, it will cost you a small fee but you do not need a solicitior. Be aware that you will need to be prepared with all your facts and have documents for all your records so that you can PROVE your case. Be aware that even if you do win in small claims a lot of people dont pay upand it is very hard to get your money out of them. If non of that works a petrol bomb is a good equalizer good luck! don't know Try speaking to Surrey trading standards, I beleive they have something going about this mob. |
