What size Bike do I need to get?

I am looking for a road bike so that I can compete in some Sprint Triathalons. I will probably get a used bike on craigslist or Play it Again Sports, but I see that there are different sizes.

I am 6'4" and 210 lbs.

As a guess I would say around 62 cm, but all bikes fit differently, so I would get fitted at a shop.

As a general (only general) rule of thumb, when you stand over the toptube on a road bike, you want about 1'' clearance between you and the bike.
