I have seen many young girls ride their bikes down my road, with a baby on their lap? |
they're look maybe thirteen or so and they'll have one hand on the handle bar and the other holding the child on their lap. It just doesn't seem at all safe or logical. should I call the cops or CPS or someone the next time I see them ride by? will they do something about it, because I don't know where any of these people live. it just really bugs me, what do you think about it I would contact someone, It is mandatory for a child to be placed in a citified co-pilot seat on the back of the bike much like a car seat. They should also be wearing a safety helmet. Do you know who these girls are? Or their parents? What about the parents of the baby? I would contact CPS about it, but if you don't know who these girls are, they can't do much. Maybe try the police. you could tell them you think its unsafe, or you could tell a higher authority anonymously seriously thats child endnagerment, but then again if there stupid enough to do that, just think what else they would do... id call someone cps or somethin. contact the police if you r suspicous if you know them then just tell they're parents that your consirnd how about you mind your own business. this is what i hate about nosy neighbors, ya'll make a big issue about everything. i see if they were dragging the child or something drastic like holding the child by the hair. now you want to call the cops or even cps. what a big waste of time and resources. close your curtains and do something worth while. calling cps on someone is serious business. and when you call the cops what are you going to say "hello, i don't like how the children are riding their bikes." stop them when you see them and tell them how dangerous that is. get their names and tell them you wil call cps if you see them again< get their name before you say this, like "hi my name is Carrie hollins, what is yours?"> wow pepperann i hope you don't have kids. they have seats for babies you attach to the bike. duh |
