Have you ever fallen off your bike?

I can't believe it happened. I know everybody will do it at some point. I was riding in the canyons and as I was cornering a car was driving on the wrong side of the road! I had to bail and just slide into the dirt. Luckily nothing major happened to my bike except for a few scratches and a cracked windscreen.

How did you fall and were you as pissed as I was?

havent gone down yet...yet being the key word. never expect a cager to do 'the right thing'. if u had been straddling the white line going around the curve to begin with, u wouldnt have gone down. always assume a cage is gonna come across the corner on the wrong side.
Wow what did he think that he was in England. It has been so long ago that I don't remember being mad.But I do remember slideing on the pavement with the insides of my hands and my knees...Hurt like hell and I still have the scares. Oh your talking about a motorcycle.hahahaham 20 years ago I rode a Harley and I was at a light and it started to tilt and down it went...Never tried to ride it by myself again.
One time I was riding my bike down the street and I looked to see if there were any cars behind me. Then I looked forward and *BANG!*............Yes I hit a parked car. It was so F'n funny. Yeah I was a little pissed but I was laughing it off.
I have crashed my Ducati twice. I was a little pissed, but that part of riding. There are two types of motorcycle riders:

Ones that have crashed & Ones that will crash!

Get back on the saddle and keep riding.
Oh yeah!

I dropped the bike a couple of times in class; I didn't care, I just let it go.

When I got my first bike two years later, my husband brought it home for me. I was so excited that I got right on it and drove down the alley. In first gear.

Then he came and turned it around for me (hey, what can I say?) On the way back, I felt more confident, and drove it into SECOND gear (collective gasp!)

I stopped it too hard on gravel and it started to go. Since this time it was MY bike I didn't want to just drop it. I ended up going down with the ship. No major damage except my ego and confidence. I came quite close to giving it up, but my husband talked me out of it, and I'm glad he did.

Except for a stupid gas station/kickstand incident, I haven't dropped one since (knock wood with all due respect to the fates who love to pounce on statements like these and kick me in my instant karma, amen).
yep on snow ice not a sole about untill you come off then bam they come out off the wood work "lol"
but if its a bad one no one around at all for help
Oh Yea, I've fallen a few times never my fault. And I always get pissed off. First thing you do is check and make sure your bike is OK, then you worry about yourself. Then you fix it and get back on. Then hope like hell it doesn't happen again. I figure if I got up and still can ride then it wasn't to bad. I have very little feeling in my hips because of accidents but what the hell, I can still ride. It's all apart of the experience.
