Zx-14 first bike? |
Ok, I bought the zx14 as my first bike against almost everyone's opinion. Ive gone about 200 miles on highway, side roads, traffic etc. I have had NO problems at all. The bike is insanely fast!!! Ive took it slow, and im learning the shifting and clutch of the bike, but so far so good!!! The only problem ive had is my *** being soaked when i get off the bike!! How can I go bar hopping when I get off my bike like a sweaty pig??? lol dont listen to those people my first bike was a zx 12 with no experiance and that was 3 yrs ago havent layed anything down yet just remeber dont get brave watch others and respect the 2 wheels oh and the being soaked thing just put some baby power or monkey butt on you want sweat anymore Stop scaring the piss out of yourself. That'll stop the issue with the wet butt. Seriously though, if it is hot outside, your butt will sweat on that vinyl seat no matter what you do. I'll give you six months and you will sell that because you lost confidence with it! It's going to bite you!!!! For your own health man, go do some rider training at the track! Troy. Going bar hopping when you are riding, driving, or on your hove-round is not conducive to longevity, plus I don't want your splattered all over my clean car. When the horsepower of your machine exceeds your IQ it should be of great concern on your part. You might consider some advanced rider courses until you have gained the respect for the power that you are trying to control. With great power comes great responsibility. Personally I think a rider on a smaller bike that has good control and technique looks much cooler than an inexperienced rider (believe me you can tell the difference) on a super bike, but that's just me. glad to hear you like it, please remember this though, there are 2 types of riders, those who have gone down ........ and those who will. bar hopping just increases the odds against you making it home on your new zx-14 with all your digits and skin where they were when you started the evening . by all means, have fun on that bike and enjoy, but remember , lack of experience, alcohol, and 2 wheels will end your life faster than you can say "my badass zx14". have fun and be safe. |
