Which is better for cardio and fat burning...?

Given that the calorie intake is the same for both, which would be best cardio and fat burning wise... running 3.3 miles at about a 10 minute mile pace with slight inclines (run around the Rose Bowl in Pasadena), or a 20 mile road bike ride along the Sante Fe Damn at a 1 hour finish time?... I ask because for myself personally, I enjoy bike riding and find that running feels more like a chore, but I feel more exhausted after running...

Running is far better for your heart and for fat burning than cycling in a given time; However running is an awful form of exercise often leading to tissue damage, somewhere or other.

Try cycling and swimming, as they are both low impact and you are more likely to come out fitter as a result, without inccuring ligament strains, etc.
Apples and oranges. Of course an hour at a moderately fast pace on a bike burns more calories than half an hour of dog slow jogging.

Not really sure that you've asked a question. The most effective fat burning exercise is one that you'll actually do vs. the one you think you ought to.

And just to clarify: 10 minute miles is dog slow, and 20mph on a bike is moderately fast. I'm better than average at both, so I know whereof I speak. My heartrate would be higher at 20 mph on a bike than jogging 10 minute miles. Higher heartrate = more oxygen = more calories burned per minute.
Running.

You have to cover every foot you run under your own power. Cycling let's you roll and coast.
