Is there any accessory to convert look cleats into shimano?

On my road bike I use look cleats, however, they don't fit on shimano (used on spinning classes). Is there something that would allow me to use both systems with just one pair of shoes or should I buy a new shimano pair?

Sorry - It won't work...

The Look cleat uses a three bolt delta pattern which is different from the shimano SPD. SPD uses a two bolt system that's side by side.

I know for the YMCA's around here the pedals are look on one side and SPD on the other - I would mention this adaption to your fitness centers manager Source(s): Bike Shop Manager - Top100 & Tennessee's Largest Trek Dealer
there is no such adapter. thats why there are so many types of cleats, theres no one style that fits all.

i suggest you get either an SPD compatible pedal for you bike (like eggbeaters, which are very light) or buy a separate pair of shoes with spd cleats to use for you classes. either way, you'l end up spending $50-$200, depending on what you want.
